The Service from Tee-times, in November 2011 and February 2012 was excellent: accurate, timely and friendly and generally very helpful. The only issue I had in November, which had nothing to do with Tee Times, was the very poor service at Pine Cliffs - treated us as playing 9 holes when we booked with you for 18; past the responsibility to us for clarifying this even though their arrangement with you made that clear, and then tried to throw us off the course as we went down the 10th - to our acute embarrassment and with no apologies offered for their mistake. Instead their response was to try an impose an extra charge of 10 euros for the buggie which they had already charged an extortionist 40 euros for what they said was nine holes and we had played 18. I would urge caution in your dealings with them as they do not understand the concept of customer care (Blame the customer is their Mantra) and thus risk your good reputation too. It was no surprise to me that there were very few people on the course even on a lovely Saturday afternoon. Nothing in what I have written detracts from your wonderful service, but serve to enhance it, but do watch out that those which you deal with have the same standard.

The whole week went without a hitch. All the courses were expecting us and we had no delays. We prefer to book our own apartments through Owners Abroad and the car hire. WE thought the car hire prices you quoted were excessive. We managed to find it a lot cheaper. We are thinking of Lagos on Algarve for next February and will certainly be booking through your company. We will be looking for a 3 bed appt in Lagos within walking distance of centre Gordon Butterworth

The Penina course and the local staff are very much outdated. The treatment was everything but hospitable and the course was very poorly maintened at the time we played there. The Monte Rei and Oceanico Faldo course were both beyond our expectations.
